ABSTRACT : Prohibits the collection and charging of any fee for the use of parking spaces located within the premises of public and private establishments, provided that the owners of private buildings or spaces are legally registered and issued permits to provide parking spaces and services which are independently operated from any business and commercial establishment or complex. Penalizes violation of this Act.
