| ABSTRACT : The measure seeks to amend Section 98 of the Local Government Code by providing for the inclusion of the Minority Floor Leader of the Sanggunian concerned in the Local School Board (LSB). The Minority in the Sanggunian are the fiscalizers in the disbursement of funds and promulgation of laws in the Sanggunian and their presence in the LSB will give added assurance that the administration of the Special Education Fund will be subjected to scrutiny. | |

Abstract
The measure seeks to amend Section 98 of the Local Government Code by providing for the inclusion of the Minority Floor Leader of the Sanggunian concerned in the Local School Board (LSB).
