| ABSTRACT : The bill provides for the proceeds generated from the impositionn of an additional real property tax on idle lands to accrue to the Fund and provides that 50% of the 20% development fund allotted to cities, province and municipalities to be used for the construction of roads, irrigation, post harvest facilities and other agricultural infrastructure. |

Abstract
The bill provides for the proceeds generated from the impositionn of an additional real property tax on idle lands to accrue to the Fund and provides that 50% of the 20% development fund allotted to cities, province and municipalities to be used for the construction of roads, irrigation, post harvest facilities and other agricultural infrastructure.
