SHORT TITLE : Magna Carta For The Poor
ABSTRACT : "Magna Carta for the Poor." Empowers the poor Filipino families towards the alleviation of their status through the implementation of anti-poverty programs, making government services accessible, strengthening government intervention, and enhancing the participation of non-government organizations (NGOs) and people’s organizations (POs); aims to guarantee the rights of the poor to food, employment and livelihood, quality education, shelter, basic health service and medicines.
