ABSTRACT : The bill provides that in case the parties to a labor dispute fail to name and designate in advance a Voluntary Arbitrator, the Board shall, upon the request by any of the parties, designate one. It further states that failure of the Arbitrator to render an award or decision will cause the Board to remove his name from the list of accredited Arbitrators. |

Abstract
The bill provides that in case the parties to a labor dispute fail to name and designate in advance a Voluntary Arbitrator, the Board shall, upon the request by any of the parties, designate one. It further states that failure of the Arbitrator to render an award or decision will cause the Board to remove his name from the list of accredited Arbitrators.'
