SHORT TITLE : "Industrial Disaster Insurance Act of 2005" |
ABSTRACT : "Industrial Disaster Insurance Act of 2005". The bill provides for the automatic assignment to the government of the insurance proceeds paid to corporations should a catastrophic event or accident occur causing grave damage to persons, property or environment. In this manner, the government can be assured that compensation for the damage caused will be indemnified. |

Abstract
"Industrial Disaster Insurance Act of 2005". The bill provides for the automatic assignment to the government of the insurance proceeds paid to corporations should a catastrophic event or accident occur causing grave damage to persons, property or environment.
