SHORT TITLE : Anti-Rabies Act of 2002 |
ABSTRACT : "Anti-Rabies Act of 2002." The bill mandates the establishment of a National Rabies Prevention and Control Program which shall be a multi-agency effort to control and eradicate rabies in the country. Its activities shall include, among others, mass vaccination of dogs, impounding of stray dogs, and information and education campaign on the prevention and control of rabies. |
