ABSTRACT : The bill requires every cubicle in massage clinics and sauna bath estblishments to be adequately ventilated with sliding translucent curtains or transparent sliding glass doors without lock. It also limits the operating hours of massage and sauna bath parlors from 12 noon to 12 midnight and prohibits the use of use of display windows for masseurs and attendants.
