| ABSTRACT : The bill directs any natural or juridical person engaged in the utilization and development of the national wealth to directly remit the share of the local government unit to the provincial, city or municipal or barangay treasurer concerned within five (5) days after the end of each quarter. |

Abstract
The bill directs any natural or juridical person engaged in the utilization and development of the national wealth to directly remit the share of the local government unit to the provincial, city or municipal or barangay treasurer concerned within five (5) days after the end of each quarter.
