ABSTRACT : "Department of Education Special Land Registration Act". The measure directs the Land Registration Authority, in coordination with the DepEd, to register all lands occupied by the latter. Lands being used as public schools sites by mere tolerance of landowners must be covered with a written manifestation of the landowner of his intention to donate or sell his property to the DepEd.
