ABSTRACT : This bill aims to: (1) to provide efficient ad effective government structures and machinery that shall consistently carry-out the implementation of education policies, plans and programs; (2) formulate long-term goals and objectives and define strategic direction for a system-lelvel assessment on education at least every five (5) years; (3) make the educational system functionally linked with the other sectos of our society whose operation and environment interact with or has impact on education; etc. | |

Abstract
