| ABSTRACT : The bill creates a special fund in the amount of P50.0 million which will be used by the Philippine National Red Cross Blood Services to ensure an adequate and safe supply of blood for charity patients. The fund shall be sourced from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and the National Treasury through the Department of Health. |
