| ABSTRACT : "National Protected Areas for Agriculture (NPAA) Law." The bill declares as National Protected Areas for Agriculture all irrigated agricultural lands planted with, but not limited to, rice, corn, sugar, coconut and other crops, blocked and mapped according to standards of the Bureau of Soils and Water. Such lands shall be non-negotiable for conversion to other uses. |
