ABSTRACT : "The Pensionado Act of 2001." This bill seeks to provide our country with a constant supply of highly trained leaders for industry, research and academe. In this proposed measure, the maximum utilization of returning scholars will be coordinated under a single governing body where all scholarships under foreign and local sponsorhip are pooled together. | |
