It also provides for the creation of the Board of Compensation for Victims of Human Rights Violations under the Marcos Regime. | |

Abstract
"Human Rights Compensation Act of 2004". The bill provides for compensation, free of tax, from the State to human rights violations (HRV) victims. The amount of compensation shall be proportionate to the gravity of the human rights violations inflicted on the HRV victim. It also provides for the creation of the Board of Compensation for Victims of Human Rights Violations under the Marcos Regime.'
