| ABSTRACT : Provides that funeral services proposed in this Act shall include the following: preparation of funeral documents, embalming, viewing, internment or burial service, cremation, and inurnment services, including the provision of a casket or urn, as the case may be, offered by accredited mortuaries. |

Abstract
