| ABSTRACT : In the said bill, the informer, who gives vital information supported by competent evidence which account for or materially aid in the recovery of forfeiture of ill-gotten wealth as defined under the aforecited laws, shall be entitled to a reward oftwenty-five percentum (25%) if the total value of the property actually recovered. |

Abstract
In the said bill, the informer, who gives vital information supported by competent evidence which account for or materially aid in the recovery of forfeiture of ill-gotten wealth as defined under the aforecited laws, shall be entitled to a reward oftwenty-five percentum (25%) if the total value of the property actually recovered.
