ABSTRACT : This bill proposes a radical innovation that seeks to lessen the undesirable impact of being born outside of wedlock. However, it limits its beneficiaries to natural children alone for the reasons discussed above. It pursues and pushes the conceptof legitimation beyond its traditional acceptance. The rationale is to provide maximum protection to the innocent child and thus safeguard his welfare and future.
