Abstract
The bill proposes to increase the monthly honoraria and allowances to P5,000 for the punong barangay and to P3,000 for the sangguniang barangay members, treasurer, secretary and the sangguniang kabataan chairman. It also grants a Christmas bonus of P3,000 each to the above officials.
