| ABSTRACT : This bill seeks to give weight to traditional fishing practices and small fishermen by defining handline commercial fishing as a traditional passive fishing method which utilizes a single fishing line and attached hook; and handline commercial vessel as a commercial fishing vessel which exclusively utilizes the commercial handline fishing method. |
