| ABSTRACT : This bill provides an ADDITIONAL basis for allocation of proceeds derived from the utilization/dev elopment of the national wealth: "...where the natural resources CONSISTING OF GEOTHERMAL ENERGY are located in two (2) or more provinces or in two (2) or more components cities or municipalities or in two (2) or more barangays, sharing shall be determined in accordance with the number of production wells/sites located in the area. |
