ABSTRACT : This proposed bill seeks to make the compensation of men and women in the Juduciary commensurate with their extraordinary functions. Moreover, it is assumed that higher compensation will attract more qualified members of the bar to enter public service, thereby asuring faster, more efficient, more comeptent delivery of judicial service to our people. |
