ABSTRACT : Reverts back to the national government the functions of the Department of Health and the Department of Agricutlure of the following provinces classified by the Presidential Council for Countryside Development, because of the economically depressedcondition that they are experiencing right now, to with: Ifugao, Kalinga-Apayao, Mountain Province, Abra, Benguet, Aurora, Romblon, Masbate, Antique, Southern Leyte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Sur, Tawi-Tawi, Batanes, Eastern Samar, Basilan, Biliran and Guimaras. |

Abstract
Reverts back to the national government the functions of the Department of Health and the Department of Agricutlure of the following provinces classified by the Presidential Council for Countryside Development, because of the economically depressedcondition that they are experiencing right now, to with: Ifugao, Kalinga-Apayao, Mountain Province, Abra, Benguet, Aurora, Romblon, Masbate, Antique, Southern Leyte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Sur, Tawi-Tawi, Batanes, Eastern Samar, Basilan, Biliran and Guimaras.
