SHORT TITLE : The Idle Disposable Public Land Conversion Act
ABSTRACT : "The Idle Disposable Public Land Conversion Act." Declares it a policy of the State to promote the housing needs of its inhabitants specifically the low-salaried employees in both the public and the private sectors including squatters in the urban areas. Directs the National Housing Authority, after pinpointing the idle disposable public lands, to publish the areas for socialized housing projects and thereafter allocate such lands to qualified applicants for their housing needs.
