AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 442 OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7160 ENTITLED 'THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991' (States that within 10 years from effectivity of the Local Government Code, a population of at least TEN THOUSAND is sufficient to meet the populationrequirements under said law.)
