ABSTRACT : This bill directs all public elementary and high schools to allow their school facilities to be used as a venue for the holding of night high school classes. The compensation of the teachers of the night high school shall be computed on an hourly basis, taking into account the premium compensation rates provided by law for night time service and overtime work.
