ABSTRACT : "Business One-Stop-Shop (BOSS) Center Act of 2004." This bill mandates all government agencies involved in business start-ups to situate themselves, through a branch or satellite office, in the so-called Business One-Stop-Shop or BOSS Center to assist prospective entrepreneurs in securing documentary/business requirements/permits.
