Abstract
This bill provides for retiring and resigning government officials and employees with administrative, criminal or civil cases, upon exoneration or clearance therefrom, to receive their retirement or separation pay and benefits with compounded interest computed from the period of their retirement or separation date up to date of the promulgation of the decision on their cases.
