ABSTRACT : Proposes to repeal CPD due to the difficulty to comply by most of our PRC registered and licensed professionals, who simply described CPD as costly, unrealistic, and ineffective. Address the issue that the practice has resulted to unfavorable results for the many professionals targeted by the law, treating it as a financial burden and also a heavy load to many professionals who have no more time because of their workload. |
