Abstract
Hopes to bring better benefits to the Filipino consumers as well as to protect the properties of the power industry players from pilferage activities and destruction by adding a new provision in RA07832 thus avoiding "executive or judicial legislation" in the interpretation of the law, especially on the issue of maximum cap for recoverable systems loss.
