REMARKS : On Feb. 01, 2010, the Body approved to consider the Explanatory Note of the bill as the sponsorship remarks; terminated the period of sponsorship and debate; approved the Ctte. amendments as contained in the Ctte. Rpt., if any; and terminated the period of amendments. However, before the Body could approved the bill on Second Reading, Rep. Romualdo motioned to translate the title of the bill in English before they vote on the same. So as to avoid further discussion on the matter, on motion of Rep. Gonzales (N.) and approved by the Body, consideration of HB01127 on Second Reading was deferred. |
