SHORT TITLE : Medical Rehabilitation Standards Act of 2004
ABSTRACT : "Medical Rehabilitation Standards Act of 2004." To ensure that rehabilitation centers function with utmost competence, the bill seeks to set standards for the practice, training and certification of rehabilitation medicine to ensure the highest quality of professional rehabilitation service to the public. It also sets standards for the technical and operational aspects of rehabilitation centers.
