SHORT TITLE : Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines
ABSTRACT : "Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines." The measure aims to professionalize and upgrade the real estate practice in the country to make it globally competitive. It provides for the creation of the Professional Regulatory Board which shall be tasked to supervise and monitor all real estate transactions, stabilize the prices of land and construction materials and ensure the collection of the correct amount of taxes.
