ABSTRACT : The bill prohibits the importation, sale or possession of chlorates, nitrates, and nitric acids without the appropriate permit. It requires the keeping of a permanent record of all transactions involving the above chemicals and to keep such record open for inspection by the proper authorities at all times. |
