ABSTRACT : "Scouts Philippines Act of 2004." To enhance the practice of scouting in the country, the bill proposes the inclusion of girls into the Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) and rename the same to the Scouts Philippines. It proposes to grant the organization tax exemptions and to name the President as the Chief Scout of the Scouts Philippines.
