| ABSTRACT : The share of local government units from the utilization and development of national welath, including shares from the proceeds derived by any government agency or government-owne d or controlled corporation engaged in the development and utilization of the national wealth, shall be automatically computed and remitted to the provincial, municipal, city or barangay treasurers concerned upon collection and receipt of the applicable tax fines by the concerned agency. |

Abstract
The share of local government units from the utilization and development of national welath, including shares from the proceeds derived by any government agency or government-owne d or controlled corporation engaged in the development and utilization of the national wealth, shall be automatically computed and remitted to the provincial, municipal, city or barangay treasurers concerned upon collection and receipt of the applicable tax fines by the concerned agency.
