ABSTRACT : Unmarried pregnant women in the private sector enjoy maternity benefits under RA1161. This bill seeks to extend the same benefits to unmarried pregnant women in the government service by granting them maternity leave benefits equivalent to 60 days for normal delivery and 78 days in case of caesarian delivery. | |

Abstract
Unmarried pregnant women in the private sector enjoy maternity benefits under RA1161.
