| ABSTRACT : The measure raises the ceiling of the rental rates of residential units in the National Capital Region and other highly urbanized cities to PhP9,000.00 per month and in other areas to PhP6,000.00 per month beginning January 1, 2005 for a period of three years ending on December 31, 2007. It also mandates lessors not to increase rentals by more than 10% to be computed on a cumulative basis. | |

Abstract
The measure raises the ceiling of the rental rates of residential units in the National Capital Region and other highly urbanized cities to PhP9,000.00 per month and in other areas to PhP6,000.00 per month beginning January 1, 2005 for a period of three years ending on December 31, 2007. It also mandates lessors not to increase rentals by more than 10% to be computed on a cumulative basis. '
