[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7360, April 08, 1992 ]

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ORANI DISTRICT OF HOSPITAL TO OPERATE AT A FIFTY-BED CAPACITY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:SECTION 1. The Orani District Hospital in the Municipality of Orani, Province of Bataan, is hereby authorized to operate at a fifty-bed capacity.SEC. 2. The hospital's personnel complement shall be correspondingly increased to meet the operating needs of a fifty-bed hospital.SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act.  Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.Approved,
